Also, he has a vital role in designing and proposing solutions that are built to satisfy the bank requirements, through parametrization and customizations of the banking systems or through integrating them with external systems.
He has more than 20 years of experience in working with the world-leading Core Banking System: Flexcube of Oracle Financial and the development of applications that are fully integrated with Flexcube. He has extensive experience in Information Technology projects, in different roles and phases, including project management, software development, analysis, quality assurance, database designing, financial reports development and data integration.
Elton started his career at the American Bank of Albania initially as an IT Specialist and later as IT Assistant Manager. After this bank was rebranded as Intesa SanPaolo Bank Albania he became IT Manager, where he was responsible for providing expertise in IT projects’ analysis, execution, and implementation and Maintenance and Support for the Core Banking system.
He graduated in Informatics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Tirana in 2003.

Genc joined Facilization in May 2016 as a Lead Consultant and has since played a leading role in product development, project management and implementation, and integration of Banking Applications. His career started in 1996 in the IT Department of Albanian Power Corporation and moved to the banking sector, firstly working for the National Bank of Greece, and then, moving to Intesa SanPaolo Bank Albania (formerly Amerikan Bank of Albania) as the Head of Banking Applications.
Genc graduated with excellence as an Electrical Engineer in 1995 from the Polytechnical University of Tirana.
