Raising Awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time for us to come together and raise awareness about the importance of early detection in the fight against breast cancer. Last Friday, we organized an awareness campaign with the participation of all our colleagues, highlighting that knowledge is the key to saving lives.

We were honored to have Dr. Helidon Nina, Director of the Hospital of Oncology, as our guest speaker. Dr. Nina shared valuable insights about breast cancer risks, how lifestyle choices can help reduce those risks, the significance of early detection, and the various treatment options available.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A where all participants had the opportunity to ask their questions. Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate, it affects not only the brave women who face it but also their families, friends, and loved ones. It’s a cause that resonates with us deeply. Together, let’s strive for a world where breast cancer is no longer a life-altering diagnosis by promoting early detection and prevention.
