Director, Head of Service Delivery
In his current role as Head of the Service Delivery department, Klodjan’s main focus is to help Banks, Neo Banks, Payments Institutions, and FinTech in their digital transformation by implementing and supporting Oracle banking applications and Creatio applications.

Klodjan joined Facilization in 2015 as a manager, responsible for growing the company’s business volume and the Integrated Management System.
He started his career at the former American Bank of Albania (now Intesa SanPaolo Bank Albania) as an IT Specialist and later covered different positions, including Senior Manager in the IT Infrastructure Department and Head of the Security Department, where he was responsible for critical aspects such as Information Security, Business Continuity, Fraud Prevention, and Physical Security.
Klodian graduated in Computer Engineering from, the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 2002 and holds an MBA from the University of Tirana and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

He has been integral to the development of our CBS business line, overseeing the growth of the company’s CBS project portfolio both in revenue and customer satisfaction.
As the Sales Director for Facilization, he now leads our sales team into strategically expanding the company's customer base and business relationships. He thoroughly enjoys partnering with our customers to understand their business needs and providing end-to-end solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
Gerti graduated in Computer Science from the American University in Bulgaria and holds an MSc in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He started his career in 2004 in the IT Department of the former American Bank of Albania (later Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania).
