Gjergji Guri, Founder and CEO of Facilization, is a recognized leader in driving digital transformation and payment integration for the banking and fintech sectors across Europe.
With over a decade of experience in banking and financial services institutions, he has been instrumental in leading core, digital transformations and payment integration projects for more than 30 banks across 8 European countries.
His expertise in IT business strategy is further enhanced by his roles on the boards of the Albanian Information Technology Association and the Albanian Consulting Network.
Gjergji’s previous leadership roles include COO at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania and VP CIO at the American Bank of Albania.
Gerd is the Business Development and Marketing Director at Facilization. In his current role, he leads our Business Development and Marketing team in developing new strategic partnerships and business opportunities across Europe.
Prior to joining Facilization, Gerd held various roles within the financial industry domain, amongst others, as a Senior Manager of Risk Consulting and Advisory Services at KPMG Malta and Team Leader in Loan Loss Provisioning and Risk Weighted Assets at Raiffeisen Bank Albania.
Gerd graduated in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from the University of Milan-Bicocca (Italy) and holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield (UK). He speaks fluently English, Italian, and Albanian.
Silvio enjoyed a 35-year banking career in two Maltese banks, namely Bank of Valletta plc and FIMBank Group plc, and has, for the last 8 years, embarked on an advisory role with several IT Companies and Financial Institutions and a Public Agency.
Silvio’s advisory roles have enabled him to enthusiastically share his expertise whilst also staying connected with the latest trends and innovations in the industry. Concurrently, he acted as a Non-Executive Director to a number of local companies where he has brought a wealth of experience and a unique perspective, helping to steer these organizations towards sustainable growth and success.
A firm believer in integrity, staff well-being, teamwork, innovation and technology, Silvio’s working life has thought him one major lesson – endeavor to create new mistakes, so that you’ll never have to repeat one.
He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Malta.
Natalie is an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in business development and sales strategy.
Currently driving growth at Creatio, Natalie brings extensive experience in enterprise sales. Previously, she led the business development team, spearheading market expansion and customer acquisition efforts.
She holds a law degree from Dnipropetrovsk National University.

Passionate about building strong, strategic relationships, she works closely with partners to unlock new opportunities and achieve long-term success.
