Struga, September 2019 – With a “work hard and play hard” mindset, all of the Facilization team left last weekend for a a staff retreat in Struga, a city located not far away from Albania and laying at the shore of lake Ohrid. The retreat was an opportunity for our all staff to take a short break from the office life and get to enjoy the great weather and nature that Ohrid offered.
Through the participation of fun exercises, activities, and team-building sessions our staff from Albania and Malta had a great time knowing each other outside our usual office settings, whilst also exploring Struga and enjoying its nature. All our games were organised in a fun and motivational way, getting our staff to collaborate with one another to express their inner creativity and team-spirit.
The retreat was great fun for all the team providing fond memories to everyone that was involved and also integrating the newest members of our team. Although the trip lasted only a few days, we had a great time getting to know each other and partaking in all the fun activities that were organised for us.
Now we are back in our offices rejuvenated and eagerly looking forward to our next challenges!
