Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Facilization, Elton plays a crucial role in leading the Flexcube team via management of the end-to-end life cycle of requirement gathering and their analysis. Also, he has a vital role in designing and proposing solutions that are built to satisfy the bank requirements, through parametrization and customizations of the banking systems or through integrating them with external systems.

He has more than 20 years of experience in working with the world-leading Core Banking System: Flexcube of Oracle Financial and the development of applications that are fully integrated with Flexcube. He has extensive experience in Information Technology projects, in different roles and phases, including project management, software development, analysis, quality assurance, database designing, financial reports development and data integration.

Elton started his career at the American Bank of Albania initially as an IT Specialist and later as IT Assistant Manager. After this bank was rebranded as Intesa SanPaolo Bank Albania he became IT Manager, where he was responsible for providing expertise in IT projects’ analysis, execution, and implementation and Maintenance and Support for the Core Banking system.

He graduated in Informatics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Tirana in 2003.

Gerti Mitre

Director, Sales and Account Management

Gerti joined Facilization in 2012 as the Consulting Service Manager and has since played a leading role in projects, guiding our teams from evaluation to conception and throughout completion. He has been integral to the development of our CBS business line, overseeing the growth of the company’s CBS project portfolio both in revenue and customer satisfaction.

As the Sales Director for Facilization, he now leads our sales team into strategically expanding the company's customer base and business relationships. He thoroughly enjoys partnering with our customers to understand their business needs and providing end-to-end solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Gerti graduated in Computer Science from the American University in Bulgaria and holds an MSc in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He started his career in 2004 in the IT Department of the former American Bank of Albania (later Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania).
